We provide a rock-solid hardware foundation and virtualization managed by dedicated admins, so you can focus entirely on orchestration, advanced monitoring, and SRE principles. We need a specialist with a SecOps mindset to help us elevate our platform to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring & Observability: Design and build a High Availability (HA) monitoring stack using Prometheus and deploy OpenTelemetry standards.

Infrastructure as Code: Transform legacy setups into versioned IaC.

Migration: Lead the decommissioning of Zabbix servers and execute a seamless monitoring migration.

Databases: Assist with the configuration and monitoring of Percona and Redis.

CI/CD & Security: Collaborate with developers on auto-deploy pipelines, define robust alerting rules, and enhance security via advanced WAF configurations.

SRE Culture: Design and implement SRE processes, including SLOs/SLIs, incident management, and post-mortems.

Lifecycle Management: Continuous administration and scaling of production containerized services.

You have hands-on experience with Docker orchestration (Swarm or Kubernetes).

You understand the principles of deep observability and modern monitoring.

You live by Security by Design and Security by Default.

You are a proactive designer of solutions, not just a passive operator.

You can work independently and bridge the gap between Ops and Dev.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Expertise in PromQL and the Grafana ecosystem (Loki, Tempo).

Experience with Kubernetes migrations.

Scripting skills in Go, Python, or Bash.

AI Infrastructure: Knowledge of MCP, hosting local models (Ollama/vLLM), and using LLMs for AIOps (log analysis, RAG-ready documentation).
